今朝のニュースを見てから、ありえないテンションです!!
何、日本って国はど～こまでお人好しな国なんでしょうか。世界の笑い者になりたいのかしら?
￥13,000の価値ってどれくらいありますか?
日本では生活の足しだろうけど、別の国へ行くと月給同等になりかねませんよね。
「子供手当」って、ま～良いことなんじゃない支援ができるならって軽く考えていた私たちが悪いのか、それとも説明不足の政党がいけないのか・・・。
今日初めて知りました。「子供手当」って、日本国に住んでいる両親（日本人だろうと外国人だろうと）に、子供の人数分（中学生まで）￥13,000が支払われるですって。まっ、ここまでは良いでしょう。ただ、この言葉の裏にあるのが、知ってますか?日本に住んでいない子供分も支払われるんですよ!日本に来たこともない子供に。ナンデ!?
日本に一緒に住んでいて、今後の日本を支えてくれるであろう子供達に投資するという意味ならわかりますが、テンポラリーで仕事をしている両親に、日本に永住する気まったくゼロの人の子供に何故、税金が投入されるの??全く摩訶不思議です。
ましてや!!もっと甘いのが、申請書類。
「日本の」弁護士もしくは公認役場の判子が押された正式な書類が申請されているのかと思えば、誰が作ったかもわからないような、自国の出生届けを出して受理している。英語が添付されていようが、そんなの正式書類じゃない。何故、そんなに簡単に受理できちゃうの?おかしいでしょう?
役所はもっと強くなって書類つっかえす位の事をやって欲しい。そこで塞き止めしないと、ちょっと頭の良い外人なら、養子縁組さっさとしてすぐに申請するはず!だって、考えてみてください、一人￥13,000ですよ!!
もっともっと、日本には手を差し伸べてあげて欲しい、救ってあげて欲しい人達が、沢山いるんです。なのに、なんでそこまでkiss assしてるんでしょうか?見切り発車だったから法が整備できなかったって、そんなの言い訳ですよね。単に次の選挙の前に、達成したことを示したかっただけでしょ?

What did our silly government behind closed doors? The government act in their worst interests?
How much worthy 13,000 JPY to you? In Japan, it may be supplement our income, but it could be monthly income equally in foreign countries.
At the first, when I heard about "child support benefit", I thought it could be good idea. The special benefit could be helped especially mothers who work. You know many children have been waiting for government-approved day-care centers, but that's so hard to get into indeed. This is the one of examples. Anyway, I'm wrong because I thought simply or the government didn't explain enough. Today, I learned about "the benefit" well. Parent who lives in Japan can be given 13,000 JPY per child. Can you get it? Even children have never touch the Japanese soil, the parent can get it. What a BS! I accept if the whole family live in Japan with legal visa. They could serve national interests like Japanese, but children have never been to Japan????? Why do we have to pay our tax?
Even more silly thing.... When you apply the benefit, you just need sloppy documents. I thought it's required to apply the benefit, at least OFFICIAL papers with JAPANESE lawyer or Judaical Scriveners. That makes sense, but today as I saw the news, applicant brought "homemade" birth registration even it's not Japanese!!! The person brought English version, but who knows it's official or not!? Oh, boy.
One more BS thing! Someone have already inquiry about it. What if parent adopt 50 to 100 children, can parent get the benefit? The answer is YES. Can you believe it?
There are tons of Japanese people need more helps from the government, but why? I hardly understand this silly thing.
