久しぶりに、ヨガポーズの紹介。
今日、2週間振りにパワーヨガのクラス受けたら、腹筋、内股、お尻、腕が筋肉痛です・・・。
そーならないように、毎日20分くらいストレッチすれば良いんですよね～。（毎晩10分じゃたらないみたい。）
で、今日のポーズ。
“らくだのポーズ”ウシュトゥラ・アーサナです。
内蔵の不調、冷え性、眠気、集中力の向上に効きます。
お腹、ヒップ、背中の引き締め、バストアップ気になる人におすすめポーズです！
1. 両膝を腰幅に開き膝立ちになります。
2. 息を吸いながらゆっくり上体を反らします。
3. 片手ずつかかとをつかみます。このとき、胸を天井に突き出すようにしながら、5呼吸キープ。
全身に血の巡りを感じるはず!
Today I talk about Yoga pose. It's been while since I took a power yoga class. That is why I have sore muscles everywhere... Avoid sore muscles, I should stretch exercise at least 20 minutes everyday. (I do only 10 minutes... It may be too short...)

"Ustrasana" (Camel Pose)
This pose have effect for internal organs problems, cold-natured, drowsiness, concentration problems.
If you concern about your belly, hip, flabby back, and breast, it works!
1. with your legs spread apart to about hip size and rise on your knees.
2. inhale and arch your back slowly.
3. hold heel one by one. Puff your chest up to ceiling. Breath 5 times.
You may feel full of energy!

Pasadena Showcase House
そろそろこの時期かな～と思って、"Pasadena Showcase House 2009"検索したら、今日からチケットが発売開始されました。
インテリアや建築に興味のある人!!
4/19～5/17の間にLos Angelesへ滞在する人、是非是非、参加してみてください!!家を見るのに、$35も払うの～!!?と思うかもしれませんが、楽しいですよ～。（学生の頃は貧乏で、高いっ!!と思っていたけれどね。）
各部屋を別々のインテリアデザイナーがデコレーションしているんです。もちろん、庭も!!アメリカのドラマに出てくる家のサイズ（まるで小さな美術館!）を体感でき、セレブの気分が味わえるんです!!!
Pasadenaは、Los Angelesから北東にある高級住宅地で、ドラマ"Brothers & Sisters”は、ここPasadenaの家が舞台になっているんです。"Brothers & Sisters"を知らない人は、ここをチェック!
Calista Flockhart主演です。
先日、DVDで"entourage（アントラージュ）"というドラマを見て驚いたのが、Pasadena Showcaseでなく、HollywoodのShowcaseで訪れた家が、まさに、このドラマに使われていたんです!!家の中にプールがあるんですよ～。この家の元オーナーが映画関係者だったことで、室内に小さな映画館もありました。庭には、プチステージまでも!!
本当に、アメリカの富豪の家の規模は、桁はずれの大きさです!!

面白い!!!友達が教えてくれたアメリカのCM。（去年教えてもらって、ちょ～お気に入りです!!）
出演者を知っていると更に面白いCMなんです。

Papa RoachのVo. JacobiとBuckcherryのVo. Josh Todd。そして名前のみ出演(!?)の私のだ～いすきなMotley CrueのBass、Nikki Sixx。この3人の上下関係をご存じなら、とーっても笑えるはず!良いな、こんなウィットなCM作れて。
見ました??そして、最後にちゃ～んとMotleyの曲まで流れていて。とーっても素敵なCM。日本で流れてくれないかなぁ・・・。

Washingtonはとんでもない人の列ができています。すごい!!過去にこんなにWashingtonに人が集まったことがあるのでしょうか?という位の人の山です。みんなこの歴史的な時に立ち合いたくて、全米中から人が集まっているんでしょうね。100万人以上の人がWashingtonに集まっているようです!!スゴイッ。

wii (wii music)
すごい、すごい、またまたNintendoが楽しいものを作りましたねぇ～。冬休みはwii musicで親戚と遊んでました。親戚みんなでハマって、ミュージシャンになりきっていました☆
ドラマーになったり、ギターリストはもちろんのこと、パーカッショニストやDJにもね。
↑なぜか、ネコ。ネコの他にもイヌがいるんです。着ぐるみきて“ニャ～ニャ～”と歌んですよ。

でも・・・一応叩き方を知っていると、ちょっとプレイしずらいかも。だって・・・・やはりそこは、ゲーム。シンバル叩くにもボタンを押さなきゃいおけないってのが、難しいんです（汗）。
ゲーム終わっても、寝ながら頭の中にリズムが出てきて、頭でシミュレーションしてしまうほど!
いやいや、楽しいです。

Awesome! What a amazing game the Nintendo invented!! I had played "wii music" with relatives during winter holiday. That game is awfully addicting. We act like musicians.
I pretend to be a singer, drummer, guitarist, percussionist, and DJ!
Did you know that "Cat" is a part of music... I've never heard.
If you have "wii fit", you enjoy more! You can play drum set so real. Even I don't play wii music, I image training. That is so fun!!
